Five Tips to Reduce Stress

HAPPY NEW YEAR! This vear. I am focused on reducing stress and creating daily habits to make sure I am mindful every day so I can successfully keep making good changes and grow.

Each year we all create resolutions that we may or may not stick to. As we move into 2022. I'm committed to a fresh start with determination to make the right choices and keep growing as woman, mom, daughter, business owner and friend. Here are a few tips I plan to use so I can keep my resolutions for 2022 in tact:

  1. Get in the right mindset - Reflect on why your goal is important to you and commit to every decision you make.

  2. Declutter - Identify what causes the most anxiety and take care of that every day to feel more calm and more productive in your space

  3. Say 'No' more often - Learn to say no respectfully. This can give you the confidence to manage your time better and say yes to what really matters.

  4. Schedule rest and leisure time - Relaxing is a key component to taking care of yourself and allows you to be that much more energized and mentally prepared to tackle problems that pop up weekly.

  5. Exercise - A quick sweat session boosts energy levels. I hop on my bike every morning and I know it brightens my mood and chancels my stress in a healthy way
