HIGH POINT + ROUND TOP ROUNDUP
I really wanted to share more on our March trips to both Round Top and High Point Market. I shared some on my Instagram but stay tuned for more peeks from our trips - and pieces found for in our client's homes!
Round Top is packed with lots of shopping (I love The 303 - dead center full of interesting finds!) and full of delicious places to eat like Lulu's, The Garden Co., and the classic Royer's. My appreciation for antiquing and flea markets were developed from an early age with my grandma, Nanaw. It's so much fun for me to take something that is someone else's 'old' and to curate it into a new, funky and creative way. We found some great one-of-a-kind furnishings and accessories this go-around! A favorite find are these Italian leather dining chairs where we plan to keep the integrity of the chair and leather but incorporate new cushions to add some curated flair.
High Point is something entirely different. We just wrapped up our first trip, did a ton of research beforehand and explored a lot! One day we walked 12 miles! We developed plentiful relationships with vendors for upholstery personalizing spaces, finding accessories and artwork but the biggest takeaway for me was confidence. High Point really stemmed my creativity and inspiration for what the future holds. I'm coming back with more - education, friends, partners and a new level confidence.
