A LOOK INSIDE A DESIGNER'S HOME DURING HALLOWEEN

Let me just start by saying I am a HUGE FAN of all things Halloween! I think I love it most because if you know me, you know I love the color black. I love getting to incorporate contrasting black and whites, and all kinds of skeletons into my spooky decor.

This year I wanted to my make the Dining Room table the focal point of all things spooky. I used antique books to layer tall candles into different levels, laid out a few different fabrics for texture, and popped in a fun life-sized skeleton for some fun!

Over the years I’ve learned that holiday decor can be chic and modern, but also fun to fit your style. If you don’t like the color orange, don’t use it! Go for the contrasting black and whites with pops of gold. Not a fan of the traditional green and red around Christmas time? No problem, incorporate pinks, lighter greens, and pops of color to still make it feel magical.

Your home is YOURS, so make it what you want when you transition from season to season!
